Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of EFFATA Amsterdam. Here you will find important information about your rights and obligations as a customer when shopping on our website. We strive for clarity, honesty, and transparency in all our transactions.
1. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made on the webshop of Effata Amsterdam (www.effata-amsterdam.com).
By placing an order with us, the customer automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Pre-Orders & Purchases
- By completing a purchase during our Limited Drop, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a pre-order item that is currently not yet in stock.
- The customer agrees to the exceptional production and shipping timeline of approximately 3 weeks.
- The estimated shipping date provided is an indication and not a guaranteed deadline. In the unlikely event that a delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated shipping date, the customer has the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund.
- Payment must be completed immediately at checkout via our available payment methods ().
3. Prices
All prices listed on the webshop are in Euros (€), final, and based on our curated sets:
- 5-Piece Set: €24,95
- 10-Piece Set: €44,95
Effata Amsterdam reserves the right to adjust prices for future drops.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery. This 14-day reflection period starts on the exact day the package is received at the delivery address.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- The shipping costs for returning an item are strictly at the customer's expense.
