• Will my order fit through the mailbox? Yes, all orders are sent as "Mailbox Packages". You don't need to be home for delivery.
• Will I receive a tracking code? Absolutely. Once your order is on its way, you’ll automatically receive an email with your unique Track & Trace link.
• Import duties & taxes: For orders outside the EU (such as the UK or USA), please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply upon arrival.

Pre-orders

• What is a pre-order? Items sold as "Pre-order" are not yet in stock. By purchasing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the delivery time is longer than usual. The estimated shipping date provided is an indication and not a guaranteed deadline. If a delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated date, the customer has the right to cancel the order for a full refund.
• When will my pre-order ship? Because every piece is custom-made for this limited drop, production and shipping take approximately 3 weeks.I ordered in-stock items and a pre-order item, when will they arrive? To save on shipping costs and reduce our carbon footprint, we ship your entire order in one go once the pre-order item is ready.
